This National Yoga Month, we’re celebrating all things yoga. Including fashion choices for your yoga classes, the benefits of taking up yoga, and some awesome yoga challenges that you could try.

You’ll ease yourself in with some classic and easily achievable poses, and work on gently transitioning between them. It’s as simple as trying it out and seeing how it works for you.

For those of you already well accustomed to the world of yoga, your challenge is to take it up a notch. Whether that be completing 15 minutes of yoga day, rather than 1 hour a week. Or maybe it’s trying out more advanced poses. Perhaps you could trial a new type of yoga entirely… baby yoga and puppy yoga are becoming more popular by the day.
