 Returns are €7 and trackable.

- You have 30 days to return your LOVALL from the date of payment.

- It can take up to 12 working days for your order to reach the warehouse and be processed.

    To create a returns label, please click the returns link above and follow the instructions.

    To complete this process, we will need to know:

    Your order number – this will be located on your order confirmation email.

    Your email address

      If you do not know your order number, please contact a member of our customer care team customercare@lovall.com and they can assist you further.

      Please select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason you’re returning them to us. All items should be sent back in their original condition and with the tags intact. In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item damaged, or with the tags removed, we may not be able to refund your item.

      Your returns label will be emailed to the email address upon submitting your order. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk/spam folder or contact our Customer Care Team.

      Please remember that all the items you’ve selected need to be posted back in one parcel. You can then return your package via any ParcelShop location in the UK. You can find your local ParcelShop

      Don't have a printer?

      You can still return your items, if you don't have a printer. Start the returns process as described above. When asked how you would like to return your item, please select 'Drop-off'.

      Once you've completed the returns process, you will receive an automated email from us with a label and a QR attached. Simply take your parcel to your local your local 'ParcelShop' and show them the QR code. They will be able to scan this for you and print a label out. Remember to ask for a receipt from them in case any issues occur.

      Returning a Faulty Item?

      If you wish to return an item you believe to be faulty or you have received the wrong item, you will be asked to provide a description and photographs of all faults. To ensure this is dealt with swiftly, please provide as much information as possible. A member of our team may be in touch for further information.

      Your returns request will then be reviewed by a member of our team before you receive the returns label. Please allow 1 working day for this process.
